Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch Orders placed before 11am on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am are dispatched the next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Delivery Times Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Rural and remote areas may take longer.

Signature on Delivery By default, deliveries do not require a signature. If you would like to require a signature, please note this in the shipping instructions at checkout. If you choose not to require a signature, you assume responsibility for your package once it has been marked as delivered by the courier.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lovemuscle.co.nz within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve it quickly.

International Shipping We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is coming soon.
